We got a PILE of snow over the last few days. The kids were kinda bummed that it was too cold to go outside and play so I decided to make fresh snow ice cream to brighten their little spirits and it worked like a charm. Ellie was blown away that snow could be turned into ice cream.
Fresh Snow Ice cream1 gallon of fresh snow
2 cups of milk
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Mix the milk, sugar, and vanilla together. Add in handfuls of snow and mix until thick
