I don't like Cesar Salad. I'm not sure why since I think everyone and their dog like it. I finally concocted a dressing that tastes like Cesar but isn't. It's good and it appeases the rest of my fam.
1/2 cup of mayo (real stuff)
a squeeze of lemon ( a little squeeze)
a splash of Worcestershire sauce ( 1/2 a teaspoon)
a teaspoon of minced garlic (or a little less or a little more depending on the day)
olive oil to thin it out ( a tablespoon or so depending on how much lettuce there is and on how creamy I want it)
croutons
bacon pieces
Parmesan cheese ( I LOVE fresh cheese...... yum)
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
(especially in a wrap with chicken)
