My camera and I are "on a break".
My card is filled. No biggie, right? Well, wrong.
At some point in my recent past my computer crashed, taking with invaluable amounts of pictures. I wept. I am now very very scared to erase a photo. Perhaps a new phobia. My card is full and I cannot erase. I'm working on getting over it.
I've also been on a craft break. I have not smelled glue or paint or sawdust in at least a week. I did bake. But did it out of sheer enjoyment. The eating was also delish.
I don't like icing. I've mentioned it before. BUt I had to make a birthday cake for my mom. My mom LOVES the peanut butter cupcakes from Crave. SOOOO I set out to recreate the cake version. I think I out did myself.... I hope you enjoy this... I did and I don't say that about icing.

Peanut Butter Frosting:

3 cups sugar (powdered)
1/2 cup cream
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened

With an electric mixer, cream together peanut butter and butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugar. Slowly add milk until frosting is at desired spreading consistency.
