Minute Steaks from Ground Beef
2lbs of hamburger.
Thawed it out.
One teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Seasoning salt
Coarse ground Pepper
One egg
Mix it thoroughly.
Put in on some wax paper (at least 9X13)
Put some wax paper on top (the same size as the bottom)
Take your rolling pin and roll it out.
Keeping rolling until it's a 1/2 inch.
Put it in your freezer.
Freeze for at least an hour.
Take it out.
Cut it into steaks.
dip it in eggs
Dip into seasoned flour.
place in a pan with hot oil.
cook one minute on each side
remove.
drain oil after cooking (try to leave it all the little tidbits)
throw some onions and mushrooms in pan
cook
make a gravy
put steaks back in.
serve with roasted potatoes or mashed or really whatever your heart desires.
It was delicious.
